Lone Tree home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Lone Tree rose by $2,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,500 - a 1.4% increase over the $146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lone Tree in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
