Annual Farm Tour Sponsored by Johnson County Ag Committee

Date and Time: Tuesday, August 3, 2021 (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

Visit northern Johnson County to see a pumpkin patch, Celebration Barn, apple orchard and cider in one afternoon!

Agenda: 

1:00 PM- Meet at Colony Pumpkin Patch- 2780 Front St. NE, North Liberty, IA. 

• View 3 acres of sunflowers ready to bloom, see the pumpkin parch and hear about additional activities planned throughout the year. 

2:30 PM- Celebration Barn- 4045 245th St. NE, Solon, IA.

• Operated by the Conservation Board- tour the grounds and gardens plus see the woodworking barn. 

4:00 PM- Wilson Orchard & Farm, 4823 Dingleberry Rd. NE, Iowa City, IA.

• Known for their apples, but there is so much more. A u-pick farm, bakery and market. 

5:00 PM- Rapid Creek Cidery, adjacent to Wilson Orchard and Farm. 

• Enjoy social time with other tour participants (refreshments on your -own)
