North Liberty home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in North Liberty fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in North Liberty in the second quarter of 2019.
