Hills home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Hills fell by $8,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 5% decrease over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hills in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,194, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
