Lone Tree home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Lone Tree rose by $46,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,000 - a 35.1% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lone Tree in July 2018.
