Lone Tree home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lone Tree rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 2% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lone Tree in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
