North Liberty home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in North Liberty fell by $44,900 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 20.4% decrease over the $219,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in North Liberty in September 2016.
