North Liberty home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in North Liberty fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $176,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in North Liberty in October 2016.
