Iowa City home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Iowa City rose by $194,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,500 - a 94.9% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Iowa City in February 2018, as well.
