The University of Iowa announced that its 2025 home football game against UMass, scheduled for September 13 at Duke Slater Field at Kinnick Stadium, is sold out. The announcement was made by the UI Athletics Department on Wednesday.
UMass joins Indiana (September 27) and Minnesota (October 25) as games that have reached ticket capacity. There are still tickets available for other home matchups, including Albany on August 30, Penn State on October 18, Oregon on November 8, and the season finale against Michigan State on November 22.
Iowa has maintained a streak of selling out every game at Kinnick Stadium since the start of the 2022 season, reaching a total of 21 consecutive sellouts.
Fans interested in attending can also purchase packages such as the Hawkeye Village Ticket & Tailgate for select games this fall.
The university emphasized that tickets are only sold through the UI Athletics Ticket Office and authorized agents. “Persons buying tickets from other entities do so at their own risk. Fans should use caution if buying tickets from unauthorized outlets and are strongly encouraged to use SeatGeek, the official fan to fan marketplace of Hawkeyes, for sold out events,” according to the release.
The UI Athletic Ticket Office will only provide service or support for purchases made directly through its office or via SeatGeek. The department reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchases intended for resale without notification.
All tickets are distributed electronically and must be downloaded to a smartphone device. Those without access to a smartphone should contact the ticket office for alternative arrangements.
Tickets will be distributed no earlier than three weeks before the start of the season. Season tickets and parking passes will not be released until all required contributions have been received and processed by I-Club.
