Liberty High School standouts Brynlee Slockett and Kara Maiers’ college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, Feb. 23

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Liberty High School standouts Brynlee Slockett and Kara Maiers’ current college team, the Northern Iowa Panthers, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Furman Paladins.

The game took place at Pepsi Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Paladins this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. at Hope Field against Wofford Terriers.
