Good Neighbor Meeting: Mar. 21, 2023, from 5 to 5:30 p.m. (or longer if needed). You will need to register in advance for this meeting, which is being held electronically.

Twopoint2, LLC and has submitted a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on 5.23 acres, more or less, from C-2-A Highway Commercial District to C-2-A PAD Highway Commercial District Planned Area Development on property located on the west side of North Highway 965/Ranshaw Way approximately 280 feet south of West Cherry Street. The purpose of the requests is to rehabilitate the southeast portion of the property and waive some of the zoning design standards.

No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request. It is anticipated that this request will be considered at the April 4, 2023 Planning Commission meeting.

Please visit Planning and Zoning to view upcoming agendas and meeting information.

Good neighbor meetings are intended to allow an applicant to share the details of the application, answer questions, and receive feedback prior to formal consideration by the Planning Commission. Initially, the applicant will provide a brief description of the request. Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns. City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Ryan Rusnak, Planning Director, directly at (319) 626-5747 or rrusnak@northlibertyiowa.org. He will be able to answer any questions and/or make note of any concerns.
