Census Bureau: 80.1 percent of people in Johnson County were old enough to vote in 2020

Of the 150,819 citizens living in Johnson County in 2020, 120,765 were old enough to vote as of March 24, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 61,194 of those people were female and 59,571 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
