SAN ANTONIO – The University of Iowa women’s golf team battled windy conditions en route to a final round 319 at the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational at the San Antonio Country Club. The Hawkeyes finished ninth with a three-round total of 940 (311-310-319).
Freshman Paula Miranda paced the team, tying for 15th place with a 227 (73-74-80) to finish at 11-over par. It is Miranda’s third top 20 showing this season and she led the team for the sixth time.
