City of Coralville recently issued the following announcement.
A free COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinic will be at the Coralville Public Library, 1401 5th Street, on Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
The Visiting Nurse Association will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to individuals ages 12 and older. Booster shots are available at least five months after your second vaccine dose. There is no cost for the vaccine or booster.

To receive the vaccine, you will be required to fill out a pre-vaccination screening and consent form. Those under the age of 18 will require parental consent. You can download the form from the sign up webpage and bring a completed copy with you to the appointment, or get a form in person at the vaccine clinic and complete it there.
