The Daniel & Rhonda Bernacki Revocable Trust may submit and the City may soon consider a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on 25.81 acres of property located on the east side of North Dubuque Street approximately 775 feet north of Centro Way. The rezoning would be from I-1 Industrial District and C-2-A Highway Commercial District to RS-6 Single-Unit Residence District and RM-12 Multiple-Residence Unit.

If you register the meeting, please join the meeting shortly before 5:00 PM. There will be a brief description of the request. Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns. City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions.
