City of North Liberty recently issued the following announcement.

Good Neighbor Meeting: Jan. 24, 2022 at 5 p.m., Register for online Zoom meeting.

Vintage Estates of North Liberty has submitted an amendment to a previously approved RS-4 PAD Single-Unit Residence District Planned Area Development. The property contains 8.42 acres located on the west side of South Jones Boulevard west of the terminus of Cory Court. The purpose of the amendment is to allow reductions in required setbacks, including the northern perimeter setback from 30’ to 25’ and some building setbacks to the internal private roadway. No other changes are planned.

It is anticipated that the Planning Commission will consider the request at its Feb. 1, 2022, meeting.

If you register the meeting, please join the meeting shortly before 5:00 p.m.  There will be a brief description of the request.  Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns.  City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions. If no one attends the meeting besides City staff and the applicant, the meeting will end at approximately 5:10 p.m. If you do not wish to attend or are unable to participate in the Zoom meeting, please contact me directly at the contact information below.  I will be able to answer any questions and/or make note of any concerns.

If you do not wish to attend or are unable to participate in the Zoom meeting, or have further questions, please contact Planning Director Ryan Rusnak at (319) 626-5747 or rrusnak@northlibertyiowa.org. He will be able to answer any questions or make note of any concerns.
