How did Elijah Young from North Liberty place in Boys’ 18 USTA standings in the week ending May 29?

North Liberty tennis player Elijah Young is ranked 2,663rd in the junior Boys’ 18 category of the United States Tennis Association in the week ending May 29.

They had 173 total points, split between 150 single points and 150 double points. USTA rankings are determined by adding 100 percent of singles points and 15 percent of doubles points plus any bonus points earned.

Jarett Cascino of New York Tennis Magazine says tennis is one of the most competitive youth sports.
