Election Campaign Signs & Public Right-Of-Ways
The Iowa Ethics Board & Campaign Disclosure Board provides the regulations on election signs. Please see their website for their guidelines or contact their office with questions. A reminder that election signs are not allows in any public right-of-ways or on public property.
In most circumstances, right-of-way is the space between the sidewalk and the street including city intersections. Thank you
