American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

Arpa

City of University Heights issued the following announcement on August 12.

In March 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) established the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund to help local governments respond to COVID-19 and its negative economic impacts.

Johnson County is gathering public input for all entities—including University Heights—on how to spend the ARPA funds.

University Heights will receive an amount based on population, and the City Council will determine how the allocation will be spent.

As a University Heights resident, you can participate in the public input sessions and online survey (specify “University Heights” on the survey). Targeted survey results will be provided for University Heights.
