The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:

'Document control procedures have not been adequately established.'

'Calibration procedures do not include specific directions and limits for accuracy and precision and provisions for remedial action.'

'Procedures have not been adequately established to control product that does not conform to specified requirements.'

'Procedures for device history records have not been adequately established.'
