On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Iowa City High School standout Jay Kennedy’s current college team, the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles, lost 13-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Evansville Purple Aces.

The game took place at German American Bank Field at Charles H. Braun Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Purple Aces this season.

The Screaming Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. at USI Baseball Field against Saint Louis Billikens.
