Brynlee Slockett and Kara Maiers

On Saturday, March 15, former Liberty High School standouts Brynlee Slockett and Kara Maiers’ current college team, the Northern Iowa Panthers, won 14-13 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Evansville Purple Aces.

The game took place at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Purple Aces this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 12:30 p.m. at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium against Evansville Purple Aces.
