Weather permitting, travel on Myrtle Avenue between Riverside Drive and Oak Park Court will be closed to through traffic beginning on Monday, May 22, 2023.
A detour route will be posted in the area. Access to residences and University of Iowa parking lots will be maintained from the west.
It is anticipated normal traffic will resume by Friday, June 2, 2023. This road closure will facilitate work on underground utilities in the area.
