City of North Liberty recently issued the following announcement.
Good Neighbor Meeting: Jan. 27, 2022 at 5 p.m., Register for online Zoom meeting.
Solomon Holdings, LLC. may submit and the City may soon consider a zoning map amendment (rezoning) and preliminary subdivision plat on 76.97 acres of property located on the north side of West Penn Street west of North Jones Boulevard as extended northerly from West Penn Street and extending to 240th Street. The rezoning would be from ID Interim Development to RS-9 Single-Unit Residence District, RM-21 Multiple-Residence Unit and C-1-B General Commercial District.
