On Sunday, March 2, former Iowa City High School standout Ayana Lindsey’s current college team, the Northwestern Wildcats, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Louisville Cardinals.

The game took place at Ulmer Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 2:30 p.m. at Sharon J. Drysdale Field against Mississippi State Bulldogs.
