On Saturday, March 8, former Liberty High School standout Ian Gates’ current college team, the Bethel Royals, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Marian Sabres.
The game took place at Northeast Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Sabres this season.
The Royals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12:30 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park against Benedictine Eagles.
