On Friday, March 28, former Iowa City West High School standout Mitch Frey’s current college team, the Winona State Warriors, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Bemidji State Beavers.

The game took place at BSU Baseball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1:30 p.m. at UMC Baseball Field against Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.
