On Saturday, March 29, former Liberty High School standouts Liam Bender and Mason Gardner’s current college team, the Wartburg Knights, won 10-8 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Loras Duhawks.
The game took place at Petrakis Park. This was their third matchup against the Duhawks this season.
The Knights’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 6 p.m. at Harms Stadium at Hertel Field against Luther Norse.
