On Saturday, April 19, former Liberty High School standouts Liam Bender and Mason Gardner’s current college team, the Wartburg Knights, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Coe Kohawks.
The game took place at Harms Stadium at Hertel Field. This was their third matchup against the Kohawks this season.
The Knights’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 at 3:30 p.m. at Harms Stadium at Hertel Field against Buena Vista Beavers.
