Iowa volleyball to appear in three nationally televised matches in 2025

The Big Ten Conference has announced that the University of Iowa volleyball team will have three of its regular season matches broadcast on the Big Ten Network in 2025.

Iowa’s televised games include an away match at Washington on October 4, a home game against Rutgers on October 26, and the regular season finale versus Penn State on November 29.

Head coach Jim Barnes, along with seniors Claire Ammeraal and Chard’e Vanzandt, are set to represent the Hawkeyes at the Big Ten Volleyball Media Days in Chicago on Tuesday.

The Hawkeyes will begin their regular season on August 29 against UNLV in Las Vegas. Before that, they will host a scrimmage at Xtream Arena on August 23. The scrimmage is open to the public and media are invited to attend.
