On Friday, Feb. 7, former Iowa City High School standout Ella Cook’s current college team, the St. Thomas Tommies, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the DePaul Blue Demons.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Blue Demons this season.

The Tommies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex against Green Bay Phoenix.
