On Sunday, April 27, former Iowa City High School standout Cynthia Hull’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Morehead State Eagles.

The game took place at University Field. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 12 p.m. at Mary Ellen McKee Stadium against Eastern Illinois Panthers.
