On Friday, May 2, former Liberty High School standouts Brynlee Slockett and Kara Maiers’ current college team, the Northern Iowa Panthers, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.
The game took place at UNI-Dome. This was their first matchup against the Beacons this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 2 p.m. at UNI-Dome against Valparaiso Beacons.
