On Friday, Feb. 21, former Liberty High School standouts Brynlee Slockett and Kara Maiers’ current college team, the Northern Iowa Panthers, won 11-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Morehead State Eagles.
The game took place at Pepsi Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Pepsi Stadium against Furman Paladins.
